CMI Foot Ascender – Right or Left

The CMI Foot Ascender is designed to improve efficiency during rope ascent by allowing the climber to use the leg to advance upward on the rope. Worn on the boot, the device works as part of an ascending system and allows the user to make efficient upward progress while reducing reliance on the arms.

Available in dedicated right-foot and left-foot configurations, the CMI Foot Ascender provides an option for either climbing preference and can be paired with appropriate hand and chest ascenders to create a complete rope-ascent system.
