11 mm PMI® Dura-Shield Tech Rope
The 11 mm PMI® Dura-Shield Tech Rope is engineered for demanding rope access and industrial applications that require exceptional abrasion and heat resistance. Designed for work around bridges, dams, towers, industrial facilities, sharp edges, hot pipes, and other challenging environments, Dura-Shield provides enhanced protection where conventional rope sheaths may face increased wear or elevated temperatures.
The 100% Technora® sheath provides high tensile strength, fatigue resistance, heat resistance, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance, while the 100% Nylon 6.6 core provides the foundation for a strong, professional low-stretch rope. The Technora® sheath has a thermal decomposition threshold of 500°C (932°F) and can withstand extended exposure at temperatures up to 250°C (482°F).
