KONG Ovalone Carbon Twist Lock ANSI Steel Carabiner | Lunar White

The KONG Ovalone Carbon Twist Lock ANSI is a high-strength, wide-opening oval steel carabiner designed for professional fall protection, industrial rope access, technical rescue, and heavy-duty work-at-height applications.

Manufactured from carbon steel, the Ovalone features a 40 kN major-axis strength rating and a two-action Twist Lock mechanism. To open the connector, rotate the locking sleeve and pull the gate. The reinforced sleeve provides additional resistance to lateral stress, per ANSI requirements.

The oval body provides a versatile connection shape for compatible anchors, pulleys, rope devices, and fall-protection systems. KONG's Keylock nose design helps prevent snagging on ropes, webbing, and other equipment during attachment and removal.

The Lunar White finish uses a zinc-nickel treatment that KONG identifies as providing twice the corrosion resistance of conventional black galvanizing. The finish also extends service life and reduces friction against ropes and textile equipment.

KONG develops and manufactures each connector entirely in Italy and individually tests it.
