Conterra Edgebot Terrain Roller

The Conterra Edgebot Terrain Roller is a compact rope edge roller designed to reduce friction and protect working ropes as they transition across edges during technical rescue, rope access, and work-at-height operations.

The Edgebot uses dual rollers to create a smooth path for moving ropes while keeping them separated from abrasive or high-friction surfaces. Its contoured side plates incorporate multiple attachment points for securing the roller in position, while serrated contact areas help increase grip against the supporting surface.

The compact design allows the Edgebot to be positioned on structural and natural edges where a larger edge roller may be difficult to deploy. It can be used as a stand-alone edge roller or as part of a more complex rope-management and edge-protection system.

The Edgebot Terrain Roller is the original platform from which Conterra developed the articulating Clampbot, giving Vertex two complementary edge-roller options for different operating environments.
