Junkin JSA-366 Folding Plastic Backboard – 375 lb. Capacity
The Junkin JSA-366 is a two-piece folding polyethylene backboard designed for patient transport and rescue operations where compact equipment storage is important. The board folds to approximately half its deployed length, making it particularly useful for rescue vehicles, confined storage compartments, and other locations where a conventional full-length backboard is difficult to store.
When fully deployed, the JSA-366 provides a rigid, low-profile patient-support platform measuring 74.25 inches long and 16 inches wide. When folded, its length shrinks to 37.125 inches for more compact transport and storage.
Twelve large hand holes provide multiple gripping positions for rescue personnel, while built-in runners assist with loading and storage. Despite its folding construction, Junkin describes the JSA-366 as a lightweight, rugged backboard intended for demanding use.
Four patient-securing straps are included. The backboard weighs approximately 11 pounds and has a rated load capacity of 375 pounds. It is supplied in Bright Yellow for high visibility.
