12.5 mm PMI® Extreme Pro™ (G) Rope with UNICORE®
The 12.5 mm PMI® Extreme Pro™ (G) is a professional life-safety rope designed for demanding rescue and work-at-height applications where sheath integrity, strength, and predictable handling are critical. PMI’s UNICORE® construction permanently bonds the sheath to the core, producing nearly zero sheath slippage even if the sheath is severely damaged or completely cut around the circumference. This construction is designed to allow a rescuer to continue ascending, descending, raising, or lowering through a damaged-sheath area without the sheath bunching and obstructing movement.
The rope uses a 100% polyester sheath over a 100% Nylon 6.6 core. PMI lists a minimum breaking strength of 46.4 kN, or 10,431 lbf, while maintaining low elongation under working loads. The 12.5 mm diameter provides the handling characteristics and strength expected for General Use rescue systems, confined-space operations, fire/rescue applications, rope rescue, and tower operations.
Available in Orange/White/Blue and in 150 ft, 200 ft, 300 ft, and 600 ft lengths.
