CMC ProSeries Aluminum Auto-Lock Carabiner – NFPA General Use

The CMC ProSeries Aluminum Auto-Lock Carabiner is a lightweight, high-strength rescue connector designed for demanding technical rescue, rope rescue, and professional rope-access applications. The ProSeries was developed to provide NFPA General Use strength in an aluminum carabiner, substantially reducing equipment weight compared with traditional steel rescue connectors.

The patented key-lock design helps prevent snagging on webbing, harnesses, and other equipment during clipping and removal. Its three-stage Auto-Lock gate provides automatic security while remaining operable with one hand. Each carabiner is individually proof loaded and serial numbered for equipment tracking and inspection.

The standard-size ProSeries Auto-Lock provides a 28 mm (1.1 in.) gate opening and 103 mm (4.05 in.) interior length while weighing only 150 g (5.3 oz.). Minimum breaking strengths are 40 kN on the major axis, 11 kN on the minor axis, and 14 kN with the gate open.
