Sterling Kraken 1/2" Rigging Line

The Sterling Kraken 1/2" Rigging Line is a rugged, high-strength rope engineered for demanding arborist rigging operations. Its flexible double-braid construction provides the strength and durability required for lowering heavy limbs, while running smoothly through blocks, pulleys, and other rigging hardware.

Kraken features a strong polyester core surrounded by a tightly braided polyester cover for excellent abrasion, snag, and UV resistance. A polyurethane coating provides additional protection against wear. Despite its robust construction, the rope remains flexible, easy to splice, and resistant to kinking, twisting, and hockling. It performs reliably in traditional and knotless rigging systems and can also be used for suitable winch and tow-line applications.
