Kong OKA-X Multi Descender, Orange
The Kong OKA-X is a versatile service descender designed for canyoning, technical rescue, recovery operations, and other rope applications requiring controlled descent and flexible rope management.
The OKA-X features a completely smooth connector loop without rubber components or fins and is designed for direct installation into the belay system. Its multi-friction geometry allows the user to configure and adjust rope friction during descent, helping provide controlled movement across changing terrain and operating conditions.
Multiple horns and openings provide several rope-routing options for managing friction and positioning. The design also allows assisted release while under load, making the OKA-X useful in rescue, recovery, and emergency situations where controlled rope handling is required.
Constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy, the OKA-X accommodates ropes from 7.8 mm through 12.7 mm in diameter. It is certified to EN 15151-2 and was developed specifically for professional canyoning and rope-rescue applications.
