HexArmor Ceros XP Cap-Style AirBridge Suspension System – 17-19001

The HexArmor Ceros XP Cap-Style AirBridge Suspension System is the genuine replacement suspension for compatible Ceros XP cap-style safety helmets. It is the same six-point AirBridge suspension supplied as standard equipment with the Ceros XP250, XP250E, XP450A, and XP450AE helmets sold in the United States.

The six-point suspension is constructed with soft polyester straps that are ultrasonically welded rather than stitched, helping provide balanced weight distribution, durability, and extended-wear comfort. The suspension arrives pre-assembled and ready for installation.

HexArmor’s SwiftLock one-hand-turn wheel ratchet allows the wearer to quickly tighten or loosen the helmet fit. A 360-degree head ring and removable, moisture-resistant synthetic leather sweatband provide additional comfort during extended use. The sweatband is replaceable and launderable.

This replacement suspension allows organizations to replace worn, damaged, or contaminated suspension components without replacing an otherwise serviceable Ceros XP helmet.
