PMI® Crane-Tek Rescue Solution
The PMI® Crane-Tek Rescue Solution is a complete emergency-descent system designed for personnel working at height—such as crane operators—who may not normally be wearing a climbing or fall-arrest harness. In an emergency, the included PMI Hasty X Evacuation Seat and preconfigured rope system provide the equipment needed to perform a controlled self-evacuation.
At the center of the system is the PMI D4 Descender by ISC. Its double-action safety mechanism automatically stops descent if the operator releases the control handle or pulls it too far during a panic response. Once the panic lock engages, the user can reset the handle to the lowering position and resume a controlled descent.
Available with three rope-length options, the Crane-Tek can be selected according to the height and rescue requirements of the worksite. All essential components are packed in an included carrying bag for organized storage and rapid access.
