The Petzl VERTEX VENT HI-VIZ is a ventilated, high-visibility professional helmet designed for work at height and ground-level applications. The fluorescent outer shell, phosphorescent clips, and reflective bands improve worker visibility during both daytime and low-light operations. Petzl offers the HI-VIZ model in Yellow and Orange.

The six-point textile suspension conforms to the shape of the head for comfort, while Petzl’s CENTERFIT system uses two side adjustment wheels to keep the helmet centered. The FLIP&FIT system allows the headband to sit low on the head for a secure fit and folds into the shell for storage and transport.

Adjustable ventilation holes with sliding shutters allow airflow through the helmet and can be opened or closed while the helmet is being worn. Because this is the vented configuration, the VERTEX VENT HI-VIZ is certified to ANSI Z89.1 Type I Class C. It is also certified to EN 397 and EN 12492.

The DUAL chinstrap allows the retention strength to be adjusted for different working environments, including work at height and ground-level operations. The helmet is also compatible with Petzl’s modular accessory system, including EASYCLIP eye protection, Petzl headlamps, hearing protection, helmet protectors, nape protectors, and other compatible accessories.

Available in HI-VIZ Yellow and HI-VIZ Orange. This Vertex listing is for the helmet without an integrated communications system.
