NRS Pilot Access SAR Folding Rescue Knife

The NRS Pilot Access SAR Knife is a folding rescue knife purpose-built for swiftwater, search-and-rescue, and emergency operations around water. Based on the NRS Pilot Access platform, the SAR configuration adds rescue-specific features for cutting rope, webbing, seatbelts, and other materials encountered during emergency operations.

The fully serrated hawksbill-style blade provides an aggressive cutting profile for rope and webbing, while the blunt tip reduces the likelihood of accidental puncture when working near a patient, PFD, inflatable craft, or other equipment. Reverse scallop serrations are designed to help sever tough fibers efficiently.

A glass-breaking tip expands the knife's capability for vehicle and emergency-response applications. The liner-lock mechanism secures the blade in the open position, while a thumb stud allows quick one-handed deployment.

An oversized ring pivot in the handle provides a secure gripping point and is large enough to accept a carabiner. A four-position pocket clip allows the knife to be configured for convenient carry on a pants pocket, PFD, or other compatible equipment.
