FrenchCreek R50G 50 ft. 3-Way Rescue SRL – Galvanized Steel Cable
The FrenchCreek R50G is a 3-way self-retracting lifeline designed for fall arrest, confined-space rescue, and worker retrieval. During normal operation, the unit functions as a self-retracting lifeline. If a worker falls, the braking system engages to arrest the fall, after which the unit can be activated into retrieval mode to raise or lower the worker to safety.
The R50G uses 50 feet of 3/16-inch galvanized steel wire rope housed in a rugged cast-aluminum housing. A dual internal inertia braking system provides fall-arrest functionality, while the retrieval mechanism incorporates a friction brake to prevent the crank handle from free-wheeling while under load.
The unit includes a load-indicating self-locking swivel snap hook, split pulley, carabiner, and mounting bracket for integration with compatible FrenchCreek tripod, davit, and Quad Pod systems.
