CMI 2" Prusik Minding Double Aluminum Sheave Pulley
The CMI 2" Prusik Minding Double Aluminum Sheave Pulley is a high-strength double pulley designed for mechanical-advantage hauling systems, technical rescue, rope rescue, and other professional rope operations. Its Prusik-minding side plates allow a Prusik hitch to function as a progress-capture component within a hauling system, making the pulley particularly useful for rescue and load-management applications.
Two 2-inch aluminum sheaves run on sealed ball bearings for smooth, efficient rope travel under load. Blue anodized aluminum side plates reduce weight while maintaining high strength, and a stainless steel axle provides durability for demanding field use. The pulley accommodates ropes up to 1/2 inch in diameter and has a minimum breaking strength of 14,000 lb. (62 kN).
