3M DBI-SALA Salalift II Confined Space Winch – 50 ft. Technora Rope
The 3M DBI-SALA Salalift II Confined Space Winch is a manually operated personnel retrieval and positioning system designed for confined-space entry, rescue, and emergency retrieval applications. The system provides controlled raising and lowering of personnel and materials and is designed for integration with compatible 3M DBI-SALA tripods, davits, and confined-space anchorage systems.
This configuration includes 50 ft. (15.2 m) of 1/4 in. (6.3 mm) Technora aramid rope, a swiveling snap hook with impact indicator, quick-mount bracket, and carrying bag. The manual winch incorporates a 6:1 mechanical advantage, free-wheel mode for easier movement within the confined space, an overload clutch, level-wind system, reserve lifeline retention system, and corrosion-resistant zinc-plated and anodized steel construction.
The Salalift II is intended for professional confined-space entry and retrieval operations where dependable personnel lifting and emergency rescue capability are required. The 8102050 configuration has a rated personnel capacity of 350 lb. and is suitable for construction, utilities, industrial facilities, mining, oil and gas, transportation, wind energy, wastewater operations, and emergency response.
